Kevin Xu
Kevin Xu
Governance Architect, Network Engineer, Incentive Designer
Kevin specializes in cryptoeconomics and blockchain architecture. Prior to Fraktal Group, Kevin spent the past year designing token incentive schemes and architecting blockchain solutions at Token Foundry (ICO advisory arm of ConsenSys), where he was Director of Cryptoeconomics. Kevin’s clients included FOAM, Virtue Poker, ARA blocks,, and several enterprise companies. Prior to Consensys, Kevin built automated trading systems to arbitrage crypto exchanges and worked as a full-stack software engineer for various startups. Notably, he worked at Braze, where he automated cloud messaging systems for clients such as Lyft, Airbnb, and Soundcloud. Kevin studied economics, computer science, and mathematics at Williams College for a year; he left Williams College to learn software development at App Academy.
Max Einhorn
Max Einhorn
Operations and Business Strategist
Max specializes in cryptoeconomics, finance, and operations. Prior to Fraktal Group, Max worked as a venture partner and lead cryptoeconomist at Decentra Capital, an early-stage venture fund. Max has also served as an advisor for Fr8 Network, written a white paper on blockchain interoperability, and conducted seminars on cryptoeconomics. Prior to entering the cryptosphere, Max worked as a developer at Trammell Crow Residential where he managed projects cumulatively worth over $750 million. Max also worked as a management consultant at Oliver Wyman where he advised on strategy, analytics, and operations for several of the world’s largest banks, insurance companies, healthcare providers, and governments. Max graduated with honors from the Wharton School of Business with a degree in finance and economics.
Mitul Parmar

Finance and Growth Strategist
Mitul specializes in investments, fundraising, and business development. Prior to Fraktal Group, Mitul worked as an analyst at Altcoin Advisors, a leading crypto quant fund. He also serves as an advisor to several crypto hedge funds. Before Altcoin, Mitul worked in strategic sales at MuleSoft (acquired by Salesforce for $6.5 billion) targeting Fortune 500 companies in the financial services, insurance, and media sectors; customers included Barclays, New York Life, and ESPN. Prior to MuleSoft, Mitul worked on several multi-billion dollar transactions as an investment banking analyst at GLC Advisors (restructuring/special situations) and Barclays (aerospace/industrials). Mitul also previously worked as a venture analyst for the NYU incubator system. Mitul graduated from New York University’s Stern School of Business with a degree in finance and management.

Stacey specializes in governance models, communications, and ecosystem design. Prior to Fraktal Group, Stacey interned at Wachsman, a professional services firm focused on the blockchain industry, where she worked with clients such as Dash, Coindesk, and Coinsource. Stacey has also worked in the Business Development and Marketing team of the Asia Pacific branch of Clifford Chance LLP, a multinational law firm, and as an Editorial and Research Assistant at the Columbia Journalism Review. Currently, Stacey is studying English and Political Science at Columbia University.

Incentive Designer, Hiring Strategist
Adam specializes in incentive-building, marketing strategy, and ecosystem design. Adam is a world champion bridge player and professional teacher. He has worked with students around the world, and continues to represent the US in international bridge competitions. Prior to Fraktal Group, Adam worked on the loyalty and marketing team at JetBlue, building and breaking their loyalty program to understand/influence customer behavior. Adam has also worked on research with Martin Seligman and several other leading psychology professors to publish a paper on imagination and creativity. He also founded his own travel startup and was a member of the Stanford Bitcoin Club while in school. Adam graduated with distinction from Stanford in four years with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and master’s degree in management science and engineering.

Operations Manager
Obi specializes in product strategy, blockchain operations, and cryptoeconomics. Prior to Fraktal Group, Obi worked as an analyst for an e-commerce company backed by Simons Venture Group. Obi also worked as an analyst at Andrew Davidson & Co., a risk analytics firm, where he worked closely with Fortune 500 clients. Within the blockchain space, Obi has managed and led pilots relating to blockchain interoperability, digital asset land registry, and supply chain & logistics. During his time at HEC Paris, Obi was awarded 1 st  place in a digital strategy case competition judged by the CFO of Cartier. Obi graduated from New York University’s Stern School of Business with a degree in information systems and management. He also graduate from Georgetown University with a master’s degree in technology management where he wrote his master’s thesis on consensus algorithms and BFT blockchain networks.
William Huang
William Huang
Network Engineer, Incentive Designer
William specializes in blockchain architecture and incentive design. Prior to Fraktal Group, William worked as a software engineer at Node Capital where he specialized in building cryptocurrency products, such as an arbitrage trading platform and other predictive software technologies. William also worked at Woofy, an artificial intelligence-driven social media agency, specializing in front end data visualization and analytics. Currently, William is studying finance and computer science at New York University.

Marketing Strategist, Governance Architect
Tristan specializes in marketing, project management, and user experience design. Prior to Fraktal Group, Tristan was a product manager at Groupon where he worked on the API platform powering the microservice architecture behind nearly every product vertical. Before Groupon, he worked in developer relations at Google where he served as project manager of client resources for a new cloud product. Tristan has advised companies in the music and sports industries by use casing blockchain technology and developing go-to-market strategies. He also co-founded the Stanford Bitcoin Club in his freshman year at Stanford where he graduated with a B.S. in Symbolic Systems.

Matthew specializes in cryptoeconomics and project management. Prior to Fraktal Group, Matthew was a Blockchain Analyst at Crypto Science. He advised crypto and blockchain companies in cryptoeconomic design, business development, and growth strategy. Matthew’s clients included DeepBrain Chain, LinkEye, and Bitcoin Diamond. Matthew was previously a finance project manager at Georgetown Ventures, awarding funding to undergraduate startups and developing business plans. He studied finance and economics at Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business.

Marko specializes in blockchain architecture and incentive design. Prior to Fraktal Group, Marko founded Jive, a music live streaming startup. As CTO and lead product developer, he engineered the backend architecture of the platform and led UI/UX design. Marko and his team at Jive participated in UCLA’s 2018 Startup Accelerator. Currently, Marko is studying Computer Science at University of California, Los Angeles.

Prior to joining Fraktal Group, Michael worked as the Strategic Director and lead cryptoeconomist at ImpactX Inc., an impact focused blockchain consulting and advisory firm. Michael has served as a Blockchain For Impact delegate at the United Nations, written digital asset investing guides, and lead workshops on blockchain technology and smart contract development. Prior to entering the crypto sphere, Michael worked as a consultant at OnPrem Solution Partners LLC, where he helped manage finance and technology projects including enterprise financial forecasting systems, point-of-sale systems, database migration and solution selections. Michael is completing his master’s in Digital Currency & Blockchain Technology from the University of Nicosia and graduated from Stanford University with a degree in Management Science & Engineering with a concentration in financial & decision engineering.
