Kevin specializes in cryptoeconomics and blockchain architecture. Prior to co-founding Fraktal Group, Kevin spent the past year designing token incentive schemes and architecting blockchain solutions at Token Foundry (ICO advisory arm of ConsenSys), where he was Director of Cryptoeconomics. Kevin’s clients included FOAM, Virtue Poker, ARA blocks, Dether.io, and several enterprise companies. Prior to Consensys, Kevin built automated trading systems to arbitrage crypto exchanges and worked as a full-stack software engineer for various startups. Notably, he worked at Braze, where he automated cloud messaging systems for clients such as Lyft, Airbnb, and Soundcloud. Kevin studied economics, computer science, and mathematics at Williams College for a year; he left Williams College to learn software development at App Academy.
Max specializes in cryptoeconomics, finance, and operations. Prior to co-founding Fraktal Group, Max worked as a venture partner and lead cryptoeconomist at Decentra Capital, a crypto venture capital fund. Max has also served as an advisor for Fr8 Network, written a white paper on blockchain interoperability, and conducted seminars on cryptoeconomics. Prior to entering the cryptosphere, Max worked as a developer at Trammell Crow Residential where he managed projects cumulatively worth over $750 million. Max also worked as a management consultant at Oliver Wyman where he advised on strategy, analytics, and operations for several of the world’s largest banks, insurance companies, healthcare providers, and governments. Max graduated with honors from the Wharton School of Business with a degree in finance and economics.
Mitul specializes in investments, fundraising, and business development. Prior to co-founding Fraktal Group, Mitul worked as an analyst at Altcoin Advisors, a leading crypto quant fund. He also serves as an advisor to several crypto hedge funds. Before Altcoin, Mitul worked in strategic accounts at MuleSoft (acquired by Salesforce for $6.5 billion) targeting Fortune 500 companies in the financial services, insurance, and media sectors; customers included Barclays, New York Life, and ESPN. Prior to MuleSoft, Mitul worked on several multi-billion dollar transactions as an investment banking analyst at GLC Advisors (restructuring) and Barclays (aerospace/industrials). Mitul also previously worked as a venture analyst for the NYU incubator system. Mitul graduated from New York University’s Stern School of Business with a degree in finance and management.
Adam specializes in incentive-building, marketing strategy, and ecosystem design. Adam is a world champion bridge player and professional teacher. He continues to represent the US in international bridge competitions. Prior to Fraktal Group, Adam worked on the loyalty and marketing team at JetBlue, building and breaking their loyalty program to understand/influence customer behavior. Adam has also worked on research with Martin Seligman and several other leading psychology professors to publish a paper on imagination and creativity. He also founded his own travel startup and was a member of the Stanford Bitcoin Club. Adam graduated with distinction from Stanford in four years with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and master’s degree in management science and engineering.
Marc specializes in business development. Prior to Fraktal Group, Marc Cortez spent four years leading business development in key markets for Trade Desk, a venture-backed enterprise technology startup that went public in 2016 (best performing IPO that year per Nasdaq). He generated and managed over $20M of revenue from his clients, which include Cisco, Bose, Royal Caribbean, and more. Prior to Trade Desk, he co-founded and helped build a variety of technology and media startups, most notably Channel Factory. He graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in economics and entrepreneurship.
William specializes in blockchain architecture and incentive design. Prior to Fraktal Group, William worked as a software engineer at Node Capital where specializing in building cryptocurrency products such as an arbitrage trading platform and other predictive software technologies. William also worked at Woofy, an artificial intelligence-driven social media agency, specializing in front end data visualization and analytics. Currently, William is studying finance and computer science at New York University.
Matthew specializes in cryptoeconomics. Prior to Fraktal Group, Matthew was a summer analyst at Crypto Science. He advised crypto and blockchain companies by writing and editing their whitepapers and connecting them with exchanges to expand their global reach. Matthew was previously a finance project manager at Georgetown Ventures, awarding funding to undergraduate startups and developing business plans. Currently, Matthew is studying finance at Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business.
